If you have never heard of Cosmic Smashbooking, you are in for something wonderful.

A Cosmic Smash Book starts with a simple composition notebook that is transformed into a sacred space to connect to the self and our unconscious.

A smashbook is a handmade, deeply personal creative journal. But Cosmic Smashbooking is something more. It is a meditative practice that combines intuitive art, intention setting, Law of Attraction principles, and the pure joy of creating something with your hands. The result is a visual map of your desires, your values, and the life you are actively calling in.

I discovered this practice and fell completely in love with it. I am now a certified Cosmic Smashbooking Facilitator, and I am bringing it to workshops, gatherings, and retreats for anyone who is ready to get their hands a little messy and their heart a little clearer.

What Cosmic Smashbooking Truly Is

Every workshop is a little different, but they all share the same spirit: you come as you are, you create without judgment, and you leave with something tangible that reflects exactly who you are and what you desire.

  • You are guided through the process of building your smashbook page by page

  • Music, nature, and connection with other like-minded women set the tone

  • No art experience is required. Seriously. None.

  • You leave with your sacred journal and a practice you can continue at home
